Obituary of Charles F. Kretsch
Charles F. "Chip" Kretsch, age 64, died suddenly, Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington. Mr. Kretsch was born February 2, 1945 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Karl K. and Mildred (Homsky) Koza. He lived in Flemington. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam war on the USS Essex and the USS Forrestal . Mr. Kretsch was a member of VFW Post # 7856, Flemington. He was employed by NJ Division of Motor Vehicles in Flemington as a Inspector and previously at Singer-Kearfott in Little Falls. Mr. Kretsch was a passionate Antiques Dealer for over 30 years.
He is survived by his loving mother Mildred ( Homsky) Koza and his beloved wife: Liz Gears.
Visiting hours will be Monday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m.
The funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 9:30 am at Holy Angels R. C. Church, 465 Main Street, Little Falls and will be Celebrated by Fr. Mark Condon. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
