I did not know Chip but I know Liz and from what she has told me about him, he will be greatly missed. I hope Liz knows that I will be there for her should she need anything.
My small donation to his charity is the least I can do for both Liz and Chip's family.

Dear Liz & Family: I was shocked and saddened to learn of Chips recent passing. Knowing your husband via the antique shows in Hunterdon County and General Heath go back quite a few years. I always saw the passion the both of you shared over the things that interested you. It was always a pleasant antique related conversation when I'd visit General Heath. I know he will be missed by all those who knew him. Please allow God, family, friends and time to continue in his absence. Love
Bill & Marie Fretz, Hex Highway Antiques Hamburg, Pa.

I repaired & restored antique clocks for Chip, he was a great customer and a honest person to deal with. I own a Honda S 2000, Chip thought of buying one but bought a Porsche instead. He was a guy who lived his life in the NOW not in dreams. I was deeply saddened to hear of his sudden death. My heart felt prayers for his widow & family. Chip will be missed by many. If I can be of any help to anyone in his family let me know. My sympathy to all. David Olekna

I cannot help but sit in my office and look at the Kleenatub/Wrigley clock they had advised me to buy, and reflect on the enjoyment I had talking and negotiating antiques with. The one reason I enjoy Antiques is to meet individuals like Chip and Liz, who share the "bug" and understand why someone might get up at 5AM with a flashlight to hunt for a "score". Although, you have left this earth, I believe many individuals will remember you forever.

Chipper you will be missed, I have many fond memories of times spent with Chipper like a ride in his corvette when I was a lot younger to shooting skeet with Ted and Chipper when they came up to the farm. It was always fun to visit Chip and Liz in Flemington too.

Chip was the best next door neighbor anybody could ask for. We knew we could always rely on Chip (and Liz) to keep an eye out for us whenever we were away and to care for our chickens and cats. Chip had such a way with cats that some of ours even noodled their way into his home and heart. Chip was able to tame those "strays" that visited him in his garage when he was busy working on his antiques. "Look,I can finally pick this one up now", he said to me one day.
Quiet, loyal and kind, those words come to mind. He will be greatly missed.
