Obituary of Anthony Simone

Anthony Simone, age 63, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at home in Wayne. Mr. Simone was born May 14, 1944 in Jersey City, the son of Michael and Ann (Alberta) Simone. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. He was the owner-operator of AST Delivery in Wayne after managing of Clare's Shop Rite of Rutherford for many years. He is survived by his wife, Susan [Bodtlander], His children; Anthony and his wife Nicole and Lauren and her husband Erik Weiss, 3 grandchildren, Allie, Tyler and Eren; his parents, Michael and Ann Simone; a brother, Thomas and a sister, Marie Thomas;. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral mass will be Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Entombment will be in Gate Of Heaven, East Hanover.
