Obituary of Eleanor Hope Klein

Eleanor Hope (Howarth) Klein, age 85, died Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Klein was born July 16, 1922 in Paterson, the daughter of the late John Albert and the late Nellie (Hamilton). A resident of Wayne since 1951, she retired as a Private Duty Nurse in 1991. Mrs. Klein was a member of the Packanack Community Church, the Paterson General Hospital Alumni Association and the Womens Club of Wayne. She is survived by one daughter: Ellen and her Husband William N. Specht of Wayne; one son: Mathias (Buddy) Klein, III of Paterson and three grand-children: Kathleen, Nicole and Paul (PJ) Ottens, all of Wayne. Mrs. Klein was predeceased by her husband Mathias, Jr. in 1982. The funeral service will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Moores Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd, Wayne and will be officiated by Rev. Karyn Ratcliffe. Interment to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
