Obituary of David Francis Hughes

David Francis Hughes, age 70, died Saturday, February 26, 2005 at Lakeview Subacute Care Center, Wayne. Mr. Hughes was born December 30, 1934 in Madison, WI the son of the late Howard and the late Rosita (Mueller) Hughes, He lived in Wayne the last 20 years and was formerly of Colorado Springs,CO And Madison,NJ. Mr. Hughes earned a BS In Geology and a MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, WI. He served in the US Army in France and Germany. He was employed by Exxon in Florham Park, NJ where he was Computer Programer for over 20 years and later at NBC in NY, NY. He celebrated his 35th Anniversary in A.A. this month. He is survived by his wife the former: Mildred (Gramp) Flascher Hughes of Wayne, one son: David F. Hughes,Jr. of LA, a daughter:Denise and her husband Alan Thatcher of Waretown,NJ one sister: Catherine Kitty Schlect of Madison, WI, one brother: Rob Cochran and his wife Jo of Colorado Springs, CO, a grandson: Jeffery a cousin: Bonnie Higgins of Madison, WI and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 8:30 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, with Rev.
