Dad, I will miss you more than you ever could have imagined. You and Mom brought me into this world, raised me, fed me, taught me right from wrong, egged me on to excel in school, supported me whenever I was down, gave me limitless opportunities, gave me a home and protected me. Dad, your selfless support over the years was more than any other child could have expected from his Dad. We spent many years together, far beyond what most Dads and sons spend together. Rest in peace, my father and eternal friend, you still mean the world to me and I will do the best I can to keep you proud of me. So long, Dad – but we really haven't parted.
