Joe was one of my favorite persons i have ever had the pleasure of working with, without a doubt. He was a first class guy, a caring and loving husband and a great dad. I'm happy to have had him as a friend most of all. Working with Joe and John in that rickety old building in J.C. gave me some great memories. May he rest in peace.
Wonderful man. Very dedicated to his family. I loved his quick wit and humor. He was very active with his son in Troop 2 Kearny. His son was in the 1989 Jamboree troop of which I was Scoutmaster. His son matured and excelled due to the support and visits from his parents.
We wish his family well and look forward to seeing them again.
