Phyllis was a dedicated professional, but don't let that sweet face fool you... she had a great sense of humor, and could tell a (sometimes) salty joke with the best of them... Where would I be without her black date book? She could balance play rehearsals, board meetings, and classes in the auditorium better than anyone, and she did it with a smile and a kind word for all concerned... No matter which principal she worked for, SHE was always the steadfast, stalwart Knight... and now her watch has ended. Godspeed,, and God bless Phyllis Hamer.
