Dear Paullett : Please accept my condolences! Richard had been with BENMAR for over 44 years, and always the gentleman. I still can hear his Smile, he never had anything bad to say about other workers or even some of the hard situations he would find himself and the company in. We had some tough customers and he knew how to handle all situations.He was a delight to have as member of the Benmar's family, and so he started as an apprentice and stayed for 44 years, and then he always came back for our Christmas party's to partake in the fun with the guy's. Dear Mrs. Eichner(mom), Craig, Dayna, Nicole, Rene & the entire family. I am so very sorry for your loss. My family's thoughts and prayers are with you all. Even though it's been so long since I've seen you all, I only remember good times with Mr. Eichner. He always told us funny stories & made us laugh. I can still picture all of us sitting in the kitchen laughing. He will be missed. My condolences & love to everyone. RIP Mr. E.

Dear Paullett and beloved family, I am heart broken to have lost a dear loving friend of many years, and brother in the Lord, our family have ha a long journey with them, and will continue on. I am rejoyceing that Richard is in his heavenly home,and one day we will all be together again. I will miss our chats on the phone Richard. You all are in my heart and prayers.
