Mr. Gerardi was a gentle soul. He was always welcoming and had nothing but nice things to say. I would talk to him about St. Brendan's, his beloved wife and his loving family. Everytime I went back to visit at Sunrise of Wayne he was all smiles as if an old friend had returned. I will miss his smile of welcome and his steady question, "You Coming Back yet". Visiting will never be the same. He will be missed. He has truly made an impression on those he knew; I know he did on me . My deepest Sympathy to your family.

Denise and Anthony, My deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved father. I have fond memories of the old neighborhood on Wabash and Kentucky Avenues! Also the ups and downs of our years at St. Brendan's School. I remember your parents very well. May your dad rest in peace.
