Obituary of Kathleen LoRe`

Kathleen ''Kay'' (O'Brien) LoRe`, age 79, passed away on her birthday, Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne, after a long battle with leukemia. Mrs. LoRe` was born March 8, 1936 in Passaic, NJ the daughter of the late John and the late Elizabeth (Doremus) O'Brien. She lived in Wayne most of her life. Kay worked as a planner for ITT in Nutley. After her children started school, Kay was employed for many years by the wonderful Terlizzi Giacoio family as manager of the Capezio Ballet Makers Outlet store in Totowa. She is survived by her devoted husband Peter T.; her loving son Jeffery and his wife Laura; her dear sister Joyce Pons and brother William O'Brien and his wife Janice; her cherished grandson, Anthony; a brother-in-law, Walter Seman; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Shirley, Harriet and John. Her beloved daughter, Jennifer, also predeceased her after being killed by a drunk driver. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral. Entombment will be in Calvary Mausoleum, Paterson.
