Dot was a first cousin of my granfather, Simon Egan. I enjoyed knowing Dot and she was a pleasure to correspond with. We both enjoyed family history, as well as Ginny Lynch and my dear late Aunt Dorothy Egan.
I will miss Dot and her paintings and her warm personality.
Great Aunt Dot and I corresponded for many years, and I will always be grateful for her friendship and willingness to share the Galli/Galle/Gallie family history and old photos with me. She will always have a special place in my heart. Rest in peace, Great Aunt Dot.
