Obituary of Richard Joseph Nolan

Richard J. "Dick" Nolan, age 81, peacefully passed away in his sleep on May 8, 2009. He was born in Providence, RI and resided in Wayne, NJ since 1959. He very proudly served as an Aviation Navigator in the US Marine Corps from 1945 - 1949. He was Co-founder and President of Aerospace Nylok in Hawthorne, NJ from 1956 until his retirement in 1994. Surviving are his children James J. Nolan, Thomas J. Nolan and his wife Stacey and Nancy J. Nolan. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Ceara, Shayla and Hailey Nolan. His family remains deeply touched by his positive outlook on life and death, as well as his passion for helping others and the value of a job well done. His last years were focused on helping to raise and care for Ceara and Shayla, passing on life's lessons and sharing good times that they will always cherish. At the request of the deceased, services are private.
