Obituary of Charlotte Pearson

Charlotte (Low) Pearson, age 79, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Hospice of New Jersey, Wayne. Mrs. Pearson was born August 12, 1929 in Passaic, the daughter of the late Harry and the late Catherine (Breen) Low. She resided in Paterson most of her life and retired to Florida for 22 years, recently returning to Clifton. Mrs. Pearson retired FL in 2005 from the Salvation Army Pre-School in Clearwater, where she was a kitchen helper. She was a member of the Salvation Army in Montclair. Mrs. Pearson is survived by her loving children Charlene Scheibner, Alice Uptegrove, Barbara Bennett and Fred D. Pearson; 8 devoted grandchildren; her dear sister, Catherine Krewenka, her loving brothers, Harry, Gerald, William Low. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Fred H. Pearson, her brothers, Robert and Eugene Low and her sister, Eleanor Benson. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. with a prayer service 4 p.m. The graveside service will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
