Obituary of William J. Hanna

William J. Hanna, III, of Wayne, New Jersey, reverently entered eternal life, early Saturday morning, April 18, 2009. Mr. Hanna was an active member of Historical Hikers, a lifetime member of the Theosophical Society and a longstanding member of Grace United Methodist Church, Wyckoff. He had a passion for vegetarian cuisine, loved to feed the birds and walk his beloved dog, Tootsie. An avid swimmer, he also enjoyed nature, ice skating and boating. Bill served in the US Navy during World War II and worked in the Aerospace Industry as an Electrical Engineer for forty three years. Mr. Hanna was the beloved husband of Kathleen Hanna, Devoted father of Dawn Hanna-Amodio and her husband Mark Amodio and William J. Hanna, IV and Denise, Loving grandfather of Logan W. Amodio and William J. Hanna, V, Dear brother of Charles Conrad Hanna and his wife Barbara and Loving uncle of several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at 1:30 pm at Grace United Methodist Church, 555 Russell Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ.
