Obituary of George G. Servidio

George G. Servidio, age 75, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at home in Wayne. He was born October 20, 1933 in Hackensack, the son of the late Anthony and the late Dominica (Dorando) Servidio. He lived in Wayne and was formerly of Lyndhurst. Mr. Servidio served in the US Army during World War II. He was employed by Capital Electric Co, Long Island City, NY before retiring as the owner/operator of GAMS Power Tools & Supply, Inc. in Kearny. Mr. Servidio is survived by his beloved wife Margaret (Kayal); his loving son Anthony and his wife Angela , his devoted granddaughters, Amanda, Alyssa, Amber and Aliyaha and his dear brother Ray. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke in Wayne by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Please omit flowers.
