Obituary of Rosita Dayag Guzman

Rosita Dayag Guzman, age 66, died Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at home in Haledon. Mrs. Guzman was born June 5, 1942 in Enrile, Philippines, the daughter of the late Facunda and the late Elena (Anog) Dayag. She was employed by Oakland Care Center, Oakland, as a Certified Nurses Aide. Mrs. Guzman earned a Bachelors of Science in Education and was a teacher while in the Philippines. She is survived by her beloved husband Lupo G. Guzman, her loving children Heddy, Roselle, Tino, Myra and Bryan and her cherished grandchildren, Kristina, Rianna, Jacob and Eliza. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Msgr. Peter J. Doody on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church, 45 Urban Club Rd.,Wayne Entombment will be in Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa.
