Obituary of Edward Cipoletti

Edward Cipoletti, age 81, died Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood. Mr. Cipoletti was born August 29, 1926 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Joseph and the late Carmella (DelGaudio) Cipoletti. He lived in Paterson before moving to West Milford ten years ago. Mr. Cipoletti retired from Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, where he was an engineer. He served in the US Air Force during WWII. Ed was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, Hewitt and formerly a member of St. Mary, Help of Christians, R.C. Church, Paterson. Mr. Cipoletti is survived by his beloved wife, Irene (Crosby); five sons, John and his wife Kathryn, Steven and his wife Jane, Thomas and his wife Mary, Robert and his wife Kathleen and Daniel and his wife Anita; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady Of Good Counsel, 155 West Parkway, Pompton Plains. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, 1911 Union Valley Road, Hewitt, NJ 07421 or your favorite charity.
