Obituary of Kathleen G. Benfatti

Kathleen G. (Dalton) Benfatti, age 88, died Monday, June 24, 2013 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital. Mrs. Benfatti was born December 30, 1924 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Frank and the late Sarah (Devin) Dalton. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Hawthorne and Union City. Mrs. Benfatti retired from Kearfott in Woodland Park where she was a secretary. She was a member of St. Gerard Majella R.C. Church. Mrs. Benfatti is survived by her beloved sons Victor and Stephen; her loving grandchildren Dawn, Anthony, Danielle and Nicole; and her cherished great grandson, Damian. She was predeceased by her husband, Hugo G. Benfatti; her son William and her brother, Ed Dalton. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. The funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gerard Majella R.C. Church, 501 West Broadway, Paterson and will be celebrated by Fr. Rigo Johnson. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
