Obituary of John Frank Burrafato

John Frank Burrafato, age 80, died Friday, February 15, 2008 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mr. Burrafato was born June 18, 1927 in Hackensack, NJ the son of the late Frank and the late Elizabeth (Ballestrieri) Burrafato. He lived in Wayne. He served in the US Navy during World War II. . He was a 1945 graduate of Eastside High School and a 1961 graduate of Newark College of Engineering. He was employed by Hoechst Celanese Summitt,NJ as a Engineer before retiring. Mr. Burrafato was a member of Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, Wayne. He is survived by his wife: Joan (Hefferan) , one daughter: Claire And Her Husband Mike Rehberger, two sons: John,Jr. And His Wife Beth Ann and Michael And His Wife Kimberley, one sister: Angelina Zisa, one brother: Angelo and 7 grandchildren; John,III, Diana,Christian,Brian,Marissa, Bella And Brianna. Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 9:30 am at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne and will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Interment will be in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
