Obituary of Agatha Joan Carroll

Agatha J. (McLoughlin) Carroll, age 82, died Monday, February 11, 2008 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mrs. Carroll was born January 20, 1926 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Agatha (DeVogel) McLoughlin. She lived in Wayne. She was a legal secretary and retired from the Carroll and Carroll law firm in Wayne. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley RC Church, Wayne. She is survived by a daughter: Charlotte C. and her husband Michael Prather; two sons: Patrick J. and his wife Mary, James F. and his wife Janet; grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, John, Matthew, Jimmy and Brendan; great-grandchildren, Miranda, Samantha and Giovianni; and a sister: Sister Elizabeth McLoughlin.Her husband Charles predeceased her. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 9:30 am at Our Lady of the Valley R. C. Church, 630 Valley Rd., Wayne and will be celebrated by Fr. Daniel W. Murphy. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation, 200 Middlesex Turnpike, Iselin, NJ 08830-2000.
