Obituary of Carmine C. Fernicola

Carmine C. Fernicola, age 85, died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne. Mr. Fernicola was born June 20, 1922 in North Adams, MA the son of the late Anthony and the late Louisa (Stabile) Fernicola. He lived in Wayne and was formerly of Washington, NJ, Paterson And Dover. He served in the US Army during World War II. He was employed by Arrow Corp Carrier as a Truck Driver before retiring. Mr. Fernicola was a former parishioner of St. Mary Help Of Christians R. C. Church, Paterson He is survived by his wife: Concetta ( neeGuarriello ), one daughter: Deborah And Her Husband Paul Beshlian, two sons: David Paul And His Wife Marilyn Fernicola, Charles And His Wife Cynthia Fernicola, one sister: Marie Burchett of CA, brothers, Ralph, Eugene And the late Albert Fernicola and 6 Grandchildren, David, Cara, Melissa, Michael, Craig And Amanda. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM . A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 9:30 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes and will be Celebrated by Fr. Kevin Downey. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Memorials may be made to St. Marys Youth Ministry or the Pompton Lakes First Aid Squad, 700 Ramapo Avenue, Pompton Lakes,NJ 07442.
