Obituary of Josephine La Brie

Josephine Joan (Fanini) LaBrie, age 88, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at Wingate At Ulster, Highland, NY. Mrs. LaBrie was born July 28, 1919 in New York, NY the daughter of the late Ettore and the late Angelina (Ricci) Fanini. She lived in Rock Tavern, NY and was formerly of Queens, NY. She was a self-employed seamstress and switchboard operator. Mrs. LaBrie was a former member of St. Adelberts RC Church, Elmhurst, NY. She is survived by her daughter Rosemarie and her husband Michael Manza and son Joseph and his wife Marie; five grandchildren, Michael and his wife Kath, Helen and her husband Rudy Kueck, Kim Manza, Suzanne and her husband Richard Lakis and Michele and her husband Chris Hanlon and seven great-grandchildren Nicole Manza and Zachery Wideman, Jessica and Andrew Lakis and Paige, Collin and Ethan Hanlon. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel A. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne.
