Obituary of Bridget Gannon

Bridget (Flynn) Gannon, age 95, died Friday, June 29, 2007 at home in Wayne where she was a homemaker. Mrs. Gannon was born January 25, 1912 in County Leitrim, Ireland. She was the beloved wife of the late James Joseph Gannon, loving mother of Margaret and her husband Arthur Pronti, Anne Gannon and James and his wife Carmen and devoted grandmother of Alyssandra Gannnon and Amanda Gannon. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Margaret Flynn. Mrs. Gannon was a 50 year member of Immaculate Conception Church, Astoria, NY. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 2163 29th Street, Astoria and at 8:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village Queens, NY.
