Wow...I can't believe it's been three years, Grandma. I miss you more and more every day. I woke up so upset this morning because I miss you so much. It still is not the same without you and Grandpa here. I know you're watching over me still.
I wish you could have met Kassie. You really would love her a lot. She makes me so happy and I know that seeing me with her would make you just as happy.

It is so hard for me to let you go but I know that you are in a much better place. You suffered so much in these last few months with little to no complaints.I hope I can be as strong as you. You are now rejoined with your family who left before you.You have done so much for all 3 of us like getting your driver's license when you were 40 something because I didn't want to take the bus in high school. I have so many happy memories to hold on to like all my days off that we spent shopping and going to lunch, watching you walk Steven up and down the hallway on your arm so he would fall asleep when he was an infant and so many more. My children have all had you love and guidance throughout the years now you join Gene's mother and father as angels watching over them from heaven. Thanks for being "my mom" and I love you and will miss you.
Love,
Nancy

Dear Karen,
I am very sorry for your and your family's loss! I think I went to High school with you-Immaculate Conception in Lodi- class of 1979. My name then was Teresa Carroll. I lost my Mom last year so I know it's tough. I will keep your Mom and you and your family in my prayers (whether I knew you or not). If you are/were the Karen Maneri I know. God bless!

While we never met Dorothy, we have gotten to know Frank over the years. If he is any indication of his mother, than Dorothy must have been a great person. My prayers go out to the family, and may every one find peace in this time of sorrow.

Dear, dear friends... When I read of Mrs. Maneri's passing, I can not begin to tell you about the flood of good and wonderful memories that filled my brain. You all were such an integral part of my childhood. I will always remember Mrs. Maneri as a true lady, ever kind to me. The provider of many a mooched lunch on Irving Place while playing with Nancy and Karen and countless rides back and forth to Immaculate in that gold Chevy (around 1967/68 model, I think. Her first car). Since food has always been way too important to me, I recall a fabulous hamburger recipe where just a plain beef concoction simply wouldn't do. Mrs. Maneri somehow spiced up that meat and made us the best burgers on the stove for many lunches. Yum. And how nice, I always thought, was her custom to prepare lunch for Mr. Maneri, with a little glass beside the wine decanter on the table. My father was never home for lunch, and to see Mr. and Mrs. Maneri especially value that time together in the middle of the day, was heartwarming. Ahh, those impeccable spring coats and white gloves. Simply a lovely lady. Eternal rest dear Mrs. Maneri. No one deserves it more.
Love,
Lisa (Buono)

Mom - I know that you are resting now and that there is no pain, but only joy and happiness - may you dance and sing with the Lord. As I look up at the stars tonight, I know that you are shining down upon us and watching each and every one of us grow as we live our lives. I will be eternally grateful to you for being my mom and teaching me how to be a mom to my children. Love you, Your daughter Karen

We had the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Maneri over the past serveral years. She was a kind and gentle person.
Our sympathy and prayers go out to the Maneri family.
Ascension...
And if I go,
While you're still here
Know that I live on,
vibrating to a different measure....
Behind a thin veil you cannot see through.
You will not see me,
so you must have faith.
I wait for the time when we can soar together again,
both aware of each-other.
Until then, live your life to it's fullest.
And when you need me,
just whisper my name in your heart,
and I will be there.
Rest in peace Dorothy.
