I am very saddened by the loss of your wife, Marilyn. Joe and Marilyn were my best friends almost 30 years ago. We "hung out" together and grew up together. Joe, my good friend and brother, I am devastated by this terrible news. I will pray for Marilyn and your child. I am sorry I can't be there for you, but I will be out of the country for the next week. If you need "anything", please call me at (609) 484-1306. I am in shock. I always missed both of you. When I moved out of the area, I lost touch with both of you. I will never forget those days when we were together, you, me, Marilyn, and Norma. I always cared about both of you. I am so sorry, Joe.
Your Friend and Brother,
Glen Cortese

Dear Joe, Joey and Armero Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Marilyn was the friend I grew up with in the neighborhood. We played make believe games and made mud pies together. I will always remember her laugh, her silly dancing and her beautiful smile. My heart feels so sad.
My deepest sympathy.

My prayers are for you and your son. I know you will be O.K. because of all the people around you that love you, Marilyn and your son.

I worked with Marilyn at SB Thomas. She was a great person to be around always willing to help and listen when you needed a friend. I will never forget the day she left SB Thomas, I was the one who was chosen to give the good-bye speech, I had a beautiful speech about her and how wonderful she was, I got the first sentence out and I started crying and then she cried with me and I could not finish. She will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in my heart. My heart and deepest sympathy go out to Joe and Joey, Marilyn was such a wonderful woman and I am sure she has a special place in heaven.

To the Ott family,
My prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to you during your time of bereavement. Marilyn was always a soft spoken and very kind person. We were former co-workers at Thomas' English Muffins, Totowa, where she actually trained me as a keypunch operator back in 1987. May God bless and keep you.
