Obituary of Genevieve ““Jean”” Luz

Jean (Janiec) Luz, age 91, died Friday, February 23, 2007 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Luz was born June 5, 1915 in Garfield, NJ the daughter of the late Frank and the late Antonia (Kozol) Janiec. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Woodridge. She was retired from Uniroyal in Passaic, in 1969 where she was a Secretary for over 30 years. Mrs. Luz was a member of the Associated Bible Students of Elmwood Park. She is survived by two daughters; Jean And Her Husband James Vette of Little Egg Harbor Twsp.and Shirley And Her Husband Robert Ammerman of Wanaque, 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and a Great-great Grandson. Her husband George J. predeceased her in 1990. Visiting hours will be Monday from 4- 7 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 am at Moore's Home For Funerals and will be Celebrated by Robert Ammerman. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson.
