Obituary of Stephen Potorencki

Stephen Potorencki, age 60, died suddenly on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Bergen Regional Medical Center, Paramus. Mr. Potorencki was born October 5, 1952 in Passaic, the son of the late Stephen and the late Olga (Pavin) Potorencki. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Mr. Potorencki lived in Garfield and was employed by the US Post Office in Englewood Cliffs as a mail handler. Mr. Potorencki is survived by his loving sisters, Mary Ann and her husband Stanley Karow and Katherine Potorencki; his niece Stefanie; his nephews, Mark and Joseph; and his great-nephews, Benjamin and Ryan. Visiting hours will be Friday from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be Friday at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be in Laurel Grove Crematory, Totowa.
