Obituary of Marion Cooper

Marion (Hoeffner) Cooper, age 81, died Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Barnert Hospital, Paterson. Mrs. Cooper was born January 12, 1925 in Paterson, the daughter of the late George Jr. and the late Anna (Kahl) Hoeffner,. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Naples, FL . She was employed by New Jersey Bank in Paterson & Passaic as an Executive Secretary for thirty years and retired in 1975. Mrs. Cooper was a member of Calvary Gospel Church, Wayne, Calvary Seniors Group and Former member of The First Baptist Church of Lely in Naples, FL. She is survived by four sons: Richard Scott and his wife Raye of Hopewell, Edward of Passaic, Richard and his wife Barbara of Hewitt and Thomas and his wife Anne of Wayne, one brother: George III and his wife Pat Hoeffner of Pompton Lakes, Grandchildren, Thomas, Ryan, Heather and Adam, Great Grandchildren, Donovan, Ariel, Andrew, Tyler, Abbey and the late Justin. She was predeceased by her Husband, Edward F. Visiting hours will be Friday from 7-8 PM at Moore's Home for Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. Following the visiting hours a funeral service will be Celebrated by Rev. Larry Ross at 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Calvary Gospel Church, 1559 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne, NJ 07470.
