Obituary of Egon Fred Traub

Egon ''Fred'' Traub, age 84, died Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mr. Traub was born September 29, 1922 in Stuttgart, Germany, the son of the late Fred and the late Rose Traub. He lived in Wayne since1956 years and was formerly of Garfield. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a graduate of Philadelphia Textile College. He was employed by J P Stevens and Forsman Mills both of NYC, Botany Mills, Passaic, as a Textile Designer for Mensware for many years before retiring. He is survived by one son: Keith and his wife Lorraine Traub of Wayne and 3 Grandchildren, Danielle, Brianne and Kristen. He was predeceased by his Wife, Madeline (Stilwell) in 2000. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home for Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral service will be Friday at 8:00 pm at Moore's Home for Funerals and will be Celebrated by Fr. John Rollins.
