Obituary of Mary Moran

Mary (Duffy) Moran, age 89, died Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Moran was born July 15, 1917 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Frederick Patrick and the late Mary (Mc Guire) Duffy. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Clifton. She was Owner and operator of Moran Real Estate founded in Wayne in 1963. She was a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years retiring in 1980. Mrs. Moran was a member of Passaic County Board of Realtors and the first Women to serve on The Multiple Listing Service in Passaic County. She was a member of Our Lady of The Valley R. C. Church, Wayne. She is survived by two sons: Fred and his wife Marilyn Moran of Wayne, James of Pequannock, one sister: Elinor Merner of Kinnelon, 6 Grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her husband James predeceased her in 1992. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral service will be Saturday at 9:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals. and will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael Lombardo. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
