Obituary of George Michael Chyzak

George Michael Chyzak, age 58, died Friday, November 10, 2006 at home in Wayne. Mr. Chyzak was born September 5, 1948 in Germany, the son of the late Walter Chyzak and Anna (Dawybida) Chyzak of Lyndhurst. He lived in Wayne and was formerly of Jersey City. He was employed by Local # 472 Heavy & General Construction Newark as a Construction Worker. Mr. Chyzak was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Pompton Lakes. He is survived by his wife: Rocchina Perrotti Chyzak of Wayne , his mother Anna [Dawybida] of Lyndhurst, a sister: Teresa And Her Husband Gerd Meyer of Lyndhurst, a Sister In Law, Patricia Perrotti of Wayne, a Nephew, Mikey and a Niece, Laura . Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne. Funeral on Tuesday at 8:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals and a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes. Interment will be in Gate Of Heaven, East Hanover.
