Obituary of Doris Alma Garnier

Doris Alma (Fletcher) Garnier, age 76, died Sunday, October 22, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson. Mrs. Garnier was born April 14, 1930 in Hackensack, the daughter of the late Howard H. and the late Florence A. (Thompson) Fletcher. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Bogota. She retired in 1989 from American Cyanamid in Wayne,where she was a Secretary for over 20 years. Mrs. Garnier was a member of Air Stream RV Club an Avid Traveler and a member at Our Lady Of The Valley R. C. Church, Wayne, since 1956. She is survived by one daughter: Sharon Garnier of Mays Landing, two sons: Craig and Robert both of Wayne, two sisters: Edith Winterich of Mahwah, Muriel Aver of Warwick, NY, 7 Grandchildren: Michael, Shelby, Ryan, Connor, Ashley, Brandan & Cailynn. She was predeceased by her Husband, Jean Leon Garnier. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 3-5 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 9:00 am at Our Lady Of The Valley R. C. Church, 630 Valley Rd., Wayne and will be Celebrated by Rev. Daniel W. Murphy. Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
