Obituary of Ann Estelle Bogert
Ann E. Bogert ( nee Morris) Passed away on October 7, 2006 after an extended illness.She was a lifelong resident of Wayne and attended Wayne Valley High School and Montclair State College. She was an avid Artist, sculptor and photographer with a love of nature, wildlife and antiques.
Ann loved motorcycling and travel, both of which she shared with her husband Barry, who survives her. She is also survived by her brothers: William C. and James M. Morris, her sister: Jane K. Morris and nephews Clinton E., James C. and Andrew E. Morris all of Wayne.
She was predeceased by her parents, William S. and Jane [nee Christopher] Morris formerly of Wayne and her Brother, Edward D. Blockburger, formerly of Hawthorne.
Annie had a beautiful and caring heart and was constantly trying to help anyone she could, anyway that she was able. Her final wishes were that donations be made to the following charitable organizations instead of sending flowers; Hospice of NJ, National Wildlife Federation, Feed the Children, Save the Mustangs, Indigenous Language Institute, Southwest Indian Foundation or the Search Dog Foundation.
The family would like to Thank Hospice of New Jersey for making Annies final months as peaceful as possible.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 7:30 pm at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 1219 Ratzer Rd., Wayne.
