Obituary of Helen R. Cona

Helen R. (Ferrara) Cona, age 82, died Sunday, October 1, 2006 at Llanfair House, Wayne. Mrs. Cona was born March 5, 1924 in Union City, NJ the daughter of the late Giuseppe and the late Domenica (Ziella) Ferrara. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Teaneck. She was a Secretary for many years. Mrs. Cona was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Pompton Lakes and a member of its Seniors Group. She is survived by one daughter: Teresa And Her Husband Joseph Giovannone of Wayne, NJ, one brother: Vincent Ferrara of Ridgefield, NJ, and 2 Grandsons. She was predeceased by her Husband, Joseph and a Sister, Maria Russo. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, Oct 3, 2006 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, 10/4/06 at 9:30 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes and at 8:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, where a prayer service will be Celebrated by Rev. Kevin Downey. Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
