Obituary of Lena Catherine Foy

Lena Catherine(Helen) (Felber) Foy, age 81, died Saturday, September 9, 2006 at her daughters home in Hewitt. Mrs. Foy was born November 13, 1924 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Lawrence and the late Mary (Fogler) Felber. She lived in Hewitt and was formerly of Oak Ridge and a life long resident of Paterson. She was employed by Imperial Manor, Paramus, as a Head Waitress, previously she worked at Lace Curtain Co., Paterson, The Umbrella Co. in Paterson and Dupont & Wright during World War II. Mrs. Foy was a member of St. Stephen's R. C. Church, Paterson. She is survived by six daughters: Mary Ann Smith of Greenwood Lake, NY, Diane and Her Husband Jim Geary of Rosewell, GA, Marjery ( Hubbard) Lee of Tinton Falls, NJ, Bonnie Porcelli of Bethel, CT, Debbie And Her Husband Jim McMahon of Oak Ridge, NJ, Terry And Her Husband John VerBlaauw of Hewitt, NJ, two sons: Greg P. And His Wife Jackie of Wayne, Paul T. And His Wife Linda of Fair Lawn, NJ, three sisters: Elizabeth Matthews of Paterson, NJ, Eileen Scarmozza of Paterson, NJ, Charmaine Felice of Wayne, NJ, 26 Grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her Husband, William John,Sr. a Son, William John, Jr. and a Son In Law, Edwin M. Bamfer. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. Funeral on Wednesday at 8:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne And at 9:30 am at St. Stephen's R. C. Church, 86 Martin St., Paterson where a mass will be offered by Fr. John T. Connolly. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to St. Stephen's R. C. Church, 86 Martin St., Paterson, NJ 07501 or the American Cancer Society, 20 Mercer Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
