Obituary of Gloria V. La Rue

Gloria V. (Stone) La Rue, age 82, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at home in Wayne. Mrs. La Rue was born January 21, 1924 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Ernest and the late Verna (Kievit) Stone. She lived in Wayne. She was employed by Bradlees In Totowa as a Sales Associate. Mrs. La Rue was a Avid bingo player at the Wayne PAL and Boys and Girls Club. She is survived by one daughter: Gloria and her husband Arthur Thompson of West Paterson, two sisters: June Probst of West Paterson, Elaine Huber of FL, one brother: Ernest Stone of Budd Lake, 3 Grandchildren, Jon and Edward Casson and Jennifer Persinger, 9 great grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by her First Husband, Edward R. Casson and her second husband John J. La Rue, her son Edward Casson and her brother William Prentice. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 am at Moore's Home For Funerals. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
