Obituary of Frank A. Tamaro
Frank A. Tamaro, age 81, died Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood. Mr. Tamaro was born April 14, 1925 in Paterson, the son of the late Nicholas and the late Mary (Melone) Tamaro. He lived in Wayne for many years. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He earned a Masters degree in Engineering from Newark College of engineering. He was employed by Singer Kearfott as an Electronic Engineer for many years before retiring and prevously at Dumont Television in Paterson and Fairchild Camera in Paramus. He was a parishioner of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Wayne and previously at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Paterson. He was a Baseball coach for Our Lady of Lordes in Paterson and at The Wayne Boys Club. He was a member of the Anthony Wayne American Legion Post # 174, Wayne.
He is survived by his wifethe former : June Dolores ( Pasch) , two sons: Ken and his wife Claire of Franklin Lakes, Frank Jr. and his wife Joanne of Wayne, three Grandchildren, Russell, Brittany and Nicholas and a Great Grand Daughter, Dana.
He was predeceased by his Daughter, Debra Meneve, a Sister, Bernice Kurylcheck and a Granddaughter, Kelly Ann Meneve.
Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 9:30 am at Annunciation Of The Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, 45 Urban Club Rd., Wayne . Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
