Obituary of Emanuel Edward ““Bud”” Bodewaldt

Emanuel Edward ''Bud'' Bodewaldt, Jr., age 95, died Monday, June 5, 2006 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne. Mr. Bodewaldt was born October 10, 1910 in Texas, PA the son of the late Emanuel and the late Catherine (Langendorfer) Bodewaldt. He lived in Paterson and was formerly of East Orange and Elmwood Park. He was employed by Public Service Bus Co. as a Driver for many years and at Big Tree Garage in Belleville before retiring. He was a member of Local 819 of the ATU. Mr. Bodewaldt was a member and a Sexton at the First Baptist Church of Paterson. He was a member of the BPO Elks of Elmwood Park. He is survived by two daughters: Rosemarie Zinn of Lake Hopatcong, Diane Bond of Scotch Plains,Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and Faithfull Friend, Dorothy Lattone of Paterson. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-4& 7:30 - 8:30 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral is Thursday at 10:00 am at Moore's Home For Funerals and will be Celebrated by Rev. Bill Jackson. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
