Obituary of Ruth Kortoon

Ruth (Grossman) Kortoon, age 88, died Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne. Mrs. Kortoon was born January 13, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Sammuel and the late Sarah (Kirschner) Grossman. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Wyckoff, Basking Ridge and Great Neck,NY. Mrs. Kartoon attended St. Josephs University in Flushing,NY. For many years before retiring, she was an Insurance Company Administrator. She was predeceased by her husband, Max. She is survived by two daughters: Emily Benjamin of Basking Ridge, and Sara Parsons of Upper Hutt, New Zealand one son: Phil Kortoon of New York, NY and 3 grandchildren. All Services are private and under the direction of Moores Home for Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd. Wayne, NJ.
