Obituary of Dorothy Boonstra

Dorothy (Findlay) Boonstra, age 82, died Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Oakland Care Center, Oakland. Mrs. Boonstra was born July 7, 1923 in Jersey City, the daughter of the late Herbert and the late Mary (Downes) Findlay, She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Paterson. She was employed by Boonstras Dairy In Paterson where she was a bookkeeper for many years before retiring. Mrs. Boonstra was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Paterson. She is survived by a daughter: Carol and her husband Francis Schultz of Secaucus,a son: Donald and his wife Suzanne Boonstra of Wayne, a brother: Herbert Findlay of Barrington, IL, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, James Dutch in 1997. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral service will be Saturday at 10:00 AM at Moore's Home For Funerals with Fr. John Rollins officiating. Entombment will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Memorials may be made to Wayne Public Library or Project Linus.
