Obituary of James J. Vindeed

James J. Vindeed, age 100, died Sunday, February 19, 2006 at Wayne View Nursing Center, Wayne. Mr. Vindeed was born September 23, 1905 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Anthony and the late Jennie (Ferro) Vindeed, He lived in Wayne and was formerly of Paterson. Before retiring, he was employed by Zabriskie Chevrolet Paterson,where he was Truck Sales Manager, previously he worked for International Harvester Corp. as a Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Vindeed was a former parishioner of St. Stephen's R. C. Church, Paterson and a member of the BPO Elks Lodge #60, Paterson He is survived by his Niece, Joanne and her husband Frank Ranalletti of Wayne,niece in law -Lorraine Minicucci of SC and many Great Nieces & Nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Downey The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne with Msgr George F. Hundt officiating. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
