Obituary of Ruth “Bea” Wharton

RuthBea (Danko) Wharton, age 84, died Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at home in Wayne. Mrs. Wharton was born May 11, 1921 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Vincent and the late Ethel (White) Danko. She lived in Wayne most of her life. She was owner/operator of Aarubco Rubber Co. Inc., Saddle Brook. Mrs. Wharton was a Wayne Republician Committee Women, a Volunteer at Wayne General Hospital and a parishioner of Our Lady Of The Valley R. C. Church, Wayne. She is survived by two daughters: Sharon Kroeller of Stuart, VA and Susan Dispenziere of Oak Ridge, and one son Stephen P. of Oak Ridge, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur Buck in 1977. Visiting hours will be Saturday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM and Sunday from 3-5 PM ONLY at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne. The funeral mass will be on Monday at 10 am at Our Lady of the Valley R. C. Church, 620 Valley Road, with Fr. Daniel Murphy officiating. Private cremation to follow.
