Obituary of Robert S. Crane

Robert S. Crane, age 82, died Friday, January 6, 2006 at Regency Gardens Nursing Center, Wayne. Mr. Crane was born September 7, 1923 in Newark, NJ the son of the late Herbert and the late Arabelle (Heddon) Crane. He lived in Wayne and was formerly of Hanover, NJ, Freehold, NJ and Bath PA. He was a Self Employed Truck Driver. Mr. Crane was former member of Masonic Temple of Matawan, Morris County and Motorcycle Club of Passaic Valley. He served in the United States Army during WWII in the Red Arrow Division in the South Pacific. He is survived by four daughters: Barbara Herzog of Smethport, PA, Christina Crane of Kunkletown, PA, Suezetta Beaulieu of Kingston, NH, Florence Bernatt of Toms River, NJ, three sons: Joseph Crane of Freehold, NJ, Richard Crane of Bangor, PA, Robert Crane, Jr. of AZ, one brother: William Crane of Mendham, NJ, 16 grandchildren and 28 grandchildren. Visiting on Tuesday from 12:30 PM - 2PM with a service at 2PM at the Reed-Gafney Funeral Home in Bangor,PA Burial will follow at The Prince of Peace Cemetery in Johnsonville, PA.
