Obituary of Maria C. Cabrera

Maria C. (Santos) Cabrera, age 83, died Monday, January 2, 2006 at Oak Ridge Nursing Center, Wayne. Mrs. Cabrera was born January 23, 1922 in Cuba , the daughter of the late Ramon and the late Isabel (Gil) Santos, She lived in Paterson . She received a BA in Education from Montclair State College and an MA from William Paterson College. She was employed by Paterson Board Of Education where she was Teacher for many years before retiring. Mrs. Cabrera was a member of St. Stephen's R. C. Church, Paterson, NJEA and the AARP. She is survived by one daughter: Maria C. Ulloa of Sussex, NJ, three sisters , one brother , 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren She was predeceased by her husband, Edilberto in 1991 All services are private and under the direction of Moores Home for Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne.
