Obituary of George Di Falco

George Di Falco, age 91, died Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at Lakeview Subacute Care Center, Wayne. Mr. Di Falco was born November 10, 1913 in NewYork, NY the son of the late Giovanni and the late Filippa (Ingrassi) Di Falco. He lived in Wyckoff and was formerly of Brooklyn, NY. He was employed by Sherwood Fashions, NY, NY where he was in charge of maintenance. Previously he was a long Shore man at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Mr. Di Falco was also a member of the Conservation Corps. He was a former parishioner of Regina Pacis R. C. Church, Brooklyn, NY. He is survived by one daughter: Phyllis and Her Husband Dr. David Wiley of Wyckoff, two sons: John and His wife Lolly of Brooklyn, NY and Victor and his wife Mary of Staten Island, NY, one sister: Millie Di Falco of Staten Island, NY, two brothers: Carmine and Joseph both of Staten Island, NY. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Friday at 9:00 AM at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael Lombardo. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Pine Lawn,NY.
