Obituary of Jeane Henderson-Kennedy

Jeane (Acorn) Henderson-Kennedy, age 82, died Monday, October 17, 2005 at home in Clifton. Mrs. Henderson-Kennedy was born October 30, 1922 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Charles and the late Anne (Thomson) Acorn, She lived in Clifton and was formerly of Wayne. She was the owner/operator of Fun & Fashion in Wayne for over 25 years before retiring. Mrs. Kennedy ran many fashion shows for various charitable organizations in the Wayne area. She attended the Little Falls United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband: Edmund Kennedy of Clifton, one daughter: Jan Henderson of Wayne, a Grandson Mitchel D. Henderson of Flanders, Step-son, Richard Kennedy of Spring Lake, Step-daughter, Lucey Blum of Clifton. She was predeceased by her son, William S. Henderson, Jr and Her 1st husband, William S. Henderson, Sr. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne. The funeral service will be Friday at 10:30 AM at Moore's Home For Funerals with Rev. Eugene Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
