Obituary of Carolyn Frances Hansen

Carolyn Frances (Baziotis) Hansen, age 57, died Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne. Mrs. Hansen was born September 21, 1947 in Miami, FL the daughter of the late George and the late Mary (Pedlick) Baziotis, She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Fair Lawn. She was a graduate of the Paterson General School of Nursing. Carolyn proudly servbed her community at St. Josephs Hospital Wayne, where she was Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for over 30 years. She was the 2003 recipient of the ACE Award for Excellence in Nursing Care. All she served knew her for her extreme compassion and generosity. She loved her job, her family, gardening and traveling to St. Martin. Carolyn has touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 37 years: Robert F. Hansen, one daughter: Jennifer and her husband Brian Rickert, one sister: Nancy Citelli , 3 Grandchildren: Brianna,Abigail and Caden Rickert and Nieces And Nephews: Ronald Yurash,Wendy Garrison, Josh Meltzer And Linda Price. The Memorial service will be Friday at 8:00 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne with Pastor Scott Edwards officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-9PM on Friday.
