Obituary of Eleanor F. Stapert

Eleanor F. (Devine) Stapert, age 80, died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at Sentra Nursing Center, Virginia Beach, VA. Mrs. Stapert was born October 4, 1924 in Singac, NJ the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Mary (Standard) Devine, She lived in Virgina Beach and was formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ & Tunkhannock, PA. She was employed by Sonshine Nursery School in Tunkhannock, PA where she was Nursery School Aide for many years before retiring. She is survived by two daughters: Dorothy Dunakin of Virgina Beach, VA, Eleanor Atticks of Tunkhannock, PA, two sons: John of Vernon, NJ, Charles of Las Vegas, NV, one sister: Anna Mae Augusta of New Port Richey, FL, two brothers: Joseph Devine of Pompton Lakes, NJ, Robert Devine of New Port Richey, FL, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Charles E. and a brother Jack Devine. All services were private.Burial in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
