Obituary of Frank J. Woleski

Frank J. Woleski, age 91, died Sunday, May 8, 2005 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne Aafter a short illness. Mr. Woleski was born February 17, 1914 in Norwalk, CT the son of the late Joseph and the late Sophie (Jurgielewicz) Woleski, He lived in Eatontown and was formerly of Paterson. He served in the Army during World War II and was stationed in the Hawaiian Islands. He was employed by Bendix Corp. in Teterboro and then Red Bank, where he was Contract Administrator .Previously he was employed by Curtiss-Wright Corp. in Paterson.After his retirement he worked part time at both Monmouth and Freehold Racetracks. Mr. Woleski was a former member of St. Stephen RC Church, Paterson. He was predeceased by his sister: Helen (Wolczeski) Sapinski. He is survived by three Nephews: Joseph Sapinski of Wayne, Thomas Sapinski of Saddlebrook and Raymond Sapinski of West Paterson and a niece: Maryann Shoup of Wayne. and several grand nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 9-9:30am at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Stephen's R. C. Church, 86 Martin St., Paterson where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Fr. John T. Connolly. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
